Youtube Thumbnail Graphic Designer

Our viral YouTube entertainment client has one opening for onsite Mid Level YouTube Thumbnail Graphic Designer for a viral youtube channel and sports personality/content/influencer/ecommerce company. The designer will be creating multiple thumbnails and graphics for projects per week for a viral and notable YouTube channel and ecommerce brand.

Required:

• 2+ years of experience with Adobe Suite, Photoshop Expert wanted
• Strong with photo manipulation, highlights, lighting, generating the style and vision theyre after, know how to make an attention grabbing graphic, up on industry and youtube trends with graphics, someone willing to learn and bring their talented eye to the team
• Strong portfolio with thumbnail experience. Please do not apply without this requirement
• 1+ year in recent Youtube thumbnail graphic design experience.  Please do not apply without this requirement
• Passion for Youtube and basketball/sports
• Strong with color, style, spacing, creative briefs
• Adhere to brand style guide and aesthetic
• Able to execute high quality work
• Knowledge of Microsoft Suite like Excel and Word
• Able to work collaboratively but also as an individual contributor
• Soft skills of open, positive, flexible, foster growth, sharing creative mindsets, no toxicity, strong with creative briefs, creative vision, content creator mindset, esports mindset, sports mindset, down for building something great with a team and digging in to meet timelines
