Our client, a major entertainment studio, is looking for a Support Engineer to join the team.
Taking problem requests from customers, tracking down the answers, and fixing those customers’ problems
Support systems in various ways, such as updating accounts, and running reports
Participating in the bug triage process along with the QA and engineering teams
Improving systems involves various engineering tasks such as:
Analysis of problems in systems
Fixing bugs, in Java or React code
Larger scale changes to improve the performance or reliability of system
